This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, subscription payments, and refunds work for Siteway Studio services.

Siteway Studio is operated by Lemongraf Amz SRL, a company registered in Romania, Bucharest, with company tax identification number CIF 39964931.

By purchasing a subscription or using our services, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Monthly Website Subscription

Siteway Studio provides website design and website redesign services through monthly subscription plans.

Our plans may include website design or redesign, hosting, maintenance, basic SEO setup, support, updates, and other website management services, depending on the selected plan.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe on a recurring monthly basis.

2. Subscription Plans

Our current subscription plans are:

Essential Plan — $99/month
Includes website design or redesign, hosting, maintenance, basic SEO setup, email support, and standard website management.

Dedicated Plan — $149/month
Includes everything in the Essential Plan, plus dedicated account support and priority assistance.

Plan details may change over time. The latest information is available on our website.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Please include the email address used for your subscription and your business name so we can identify your account.

Once your subscription is canceled, future billing will stop. After cancellation, Siteway Studio will no longer provide hosting, maintenance, support, updates, monitoring, licensed tools, premium plugins, or other subscription-based services.

4. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

For example, if your monthly subscription renews on the 10th of each month and you cancel on the 20th, your subscription may remain active until the next renewal date, unless we confirm otherwise.

We recommend requesting cancellation at least a few days before your next billing date to avoid unwanted renewal.

5. Refund Policy

Payments already made are generally non-refundable.

Because our services involve digital work, website setup, hosting, maintenance, third-party tools, support, and project preparation, we do not usually offer refunds for completed payments, partial months, unused time, or client delays.

Refunds may only be considered in limited cases, at our sole discretion, or where required by applicable law.

6. First Month and Website Work

Website work begins after payment and after we receive the completed project brief and required materials from the client.

Most websites are ready for first preview within 3–5 business days after we receive the completed brief and materials, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee.

If the client delays sending required materials, such as logo, text, images, domain details, business information, or other required content, the project timeline may also be delayed. This does not automatically qualify for a refund.

7. Client Materials and Delays

Clients are responsible for providing the materials needed to complete the website.

These may include business details, logo, brand assets, images, text, service descriptions, contact details, domain information, and any other relevant content.

Delays caused by missing or incomplete client materials do not qualify for refunds.

8. Failed Payments and Non-Payment

If a recurring payment fails, we may notify you and give you an opportunity to update your payment method.

If payment is not completed, we may suspend or stop subscription-based services, including hosting, maintenance, updates, support, licensed tools, premium plugins, and website monitoring.

Siteway Studio may suspend services for overdue payments, repeated failed payments, or payment disputes.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we may suspend your website services until the dispute is resolved.

10. What Happens After Cancellation

After cancellation, the following services will stop:

hosting
website maintenance
WordPress updates
plugin updates
PHP compatibility updates
security updates
website monitoring
support
licensed tools
premium plugins
subscription-based integrations
monthly website reports

Your website content and branding remain yours. However, hosting, maintenance, licensed tools, third-party licenses, premium plugins, technical infrastructure, and subscription-based services remain active only while your subscription is active.

If you want to move your website elsewhere, please contact us before cancellation so we can discuss available options.

11. Domain Name

The domain name is not included in our subscription plans.

Clients are responsible for purchasing, renewing, and managing their own domain name.

If your domain expires, is suspended, or is not configured correctly, your website may become unavailable. Domain-related issues do not qualify for refunds.

12. Third-Party Tools and Costs

Some features may depend on third-party tools, services, plugins, licenses, or integrations.

Certain advanced integrations, paid tools, premium plugins, or third-party services may require additional fees.

We are not responsible for refunds, downtime, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers such as Stripe, hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, APIs, live chat tools, analytics tools, or other external services.

13. No Guaranteed Business Results

Siteway Studio builds websites designed to help businesses look professional online and support growth.

However, we do not guarantee leads, sales, bookings, traffic, rankings, revenue, conversion rates, or business results.

Lack of business results does not qualify for a refund.

14. Refunds Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits any legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

If a refund is required by law, we will comply with applicable legal obligations.

If you purchase our services as a business customer, you acknowledge that the service is primarily business-to-business and provided for commercial use.
